My order of 2 Emerald Nights went through fine, with all the proper discounts showing, but I just got a separate e-mail after receiving my order confirmation that the trains are out of stock.

Does anyone know if my order will just get cancelled, or will it eventually get filled?

The status of Emerald Night has just changed from "Call to check product availability" to "Sold out" on the site. Could be the reason why they sent you that email.

Cross your fingers that it goes through.

Did they say they will back order them? If not, probably it will get cancelled. If you have a LEGO Store near you, I'd go in the early morning to pick them up. Better safe than sorry.

I don't know if it's just me, but I can't see the deals for some reason...

Weird. But all are still active, just been pulled out of the Sales & Deals page and no longer showing up on the product page. Go to checkout and you will see the discount.

EDIT: All of the on sale items are back on the sales page.

At least most items are still available... even this morning! Way better than ToysRUs - but one can't really compare S@H Lego to ToysRUs...

Can anyone confirm if the three Star Wars Magnet sets are really the ones that are not glued? I don't want to waste my money on glued stuff...

i ordered one second after midnight and it was all messed up, but this morning my order status had the correct discounts and prices and tax listed, along with the free item returning to my cart

looks like lego is back on top of its game.

Picked up the dropship. $180 shipped is a pretty solid price.

Checked my order status, it is now fixed, so no need to call. But I still haven't received an e-mail confirmation. Should I be worried?

All deals seem to be off now. I was in the middle of checking out (got to the address confirmation page), and then the website blew up. No free shipping, no holiday set, but 10% off is still showing. VIP points can't be redeemed, either. It attributes these to "technical difficulties."

Literally just got an email confirmation for one order, which now shows "in process" on Lego.com, but the other order, placed before, shows "customer service" under status. Anybody know what this means. Trying to call, but been on hold for well over 30 minutes!

Mine show customer service as well - that happened to me last week Saturday during their VIP event. Then it changed to Processing a day later or so and then shipped. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Update: All my orders from this morning show "In Process" now.

Mine too, Lego really needs to get their act together. I should've taken screencaps of all my orders. Last year they charged me full prices on a large order of discounted items I placed for the charity. They didn't send me any confirmations and changed the prices on the order confirmation page after it was shipped. Basically they scammed me and got rid of all proof of it.

Always make sure to print any confirmations or screenshots of your order summary. Better yet, PDF them so that you can easily email them as proof.

I also have my order listed as "customer service". Hoping it goes through. I think I've had one order in the past where this happened but it ended up going through...perhaps the same here...?

It is fixed again. Printed PDF version of the page and took screen shot into .jpg. Hope I won't need it.
