The two WalMarts in Barrie (particularly the one in the south end on Mapleview) are quiet bad for opened boxes. Very disorganized and all over the place as well - WalMars in the area (i.e. Midland, Orillia) tend to be better oragnized and their clearance prices are generally way better as their store-level markdowns are great.hatcher wrote:Rise of the Sphinx was down to $30 in Barrie today. They have maybe 3 or 4 left. Still a couple of Palpatine shuttle for $40.
What made me really upset was seeing the both the remaining Black Pearl sets hade been opened and at least half the contents of each was missing. And then I started noticing opened boxes all over the place. Do you not have security cams in your store?
Further Walmart rollbacks YMMV

Some more deals in Winnipeg as well this week. Mace Windu 7868...$20, Alien Conquest 7072...$20, and Cars Mater 8677...$10. There were about 30 starfighters left.

I'm pretty sure 7072 is not an Alien Conquest set. I think you got the numbers mixed up. lol.

Oops, sorry...7052
Re: Further Walmart rollbacks YMMV
Does anybody think this mace windu 7868 set will increase in value like the Ahsoka set did? I would like to pick up a couple extra at $20. Being a Walmart exclusive and discontinued, I'm thinking the inventory may dry up in a year or two. Any thoughts?
